This is probably going to be the most personal part of my website, but I believe that it is very necessary. Those who are dedicated to improving their health sometimes forget that we all make mistakes. There is not one person who has never had a slip up. The entire point of my Weight Loss Diary is to share with all of you my personal triumphs, and failures. I plan to record my progress on here religiously and I hope you all are inspired by it. REMINDER: This is a true diary. Whatever I put down here is what I really ate. Another reminder is that I am currently following the Atkins Weight Loss plan so what I eat may be a bit different from the traditional food diary.

What I ate today:

Breakfast:
3 homemade cinnamon almond,blueberry Atkins pancakes
6 strawberries
3 strips of bacon

Lunch
2 ounces of pepper jack cheese

Dinner
A fresh spinach salad with almonds, soybeans, onions, mild cheddar cheese, topped with Cesar dressing.

Snack

Creamy Green Tea with 2 packets of Splenda Sweetener


Reflection: As I look over everything that I ate today, I can see that I did not eat as much as I should. I personally have a problem with organizing my meals which tends to be my downfall. I am proud of all the fruits and protein that I consumed. 

Tomorrow's Goals

1. Start up my exercise routine again (I've been slacking for a few days)
2. Drink more water
3. Have a larger lunch
4. Increase the amount of tea I consume
